Stephen Woods serves as Vice President, Finance for the Direct Investments division at Leon Capital Group. He actively supports LCG portfolio companies with finance initiatives, controls, strategy execution, and the buildout of high performing finance and accounting teams.

Stephen joins LCG from Eyecare Services Partners where he was Sr Vice President of Finance responsible for finance operations and support initiatives for organic growth. Prior to Eyecare Services Partners, Stephen spent seven years working in the home care and hospice industry with responsibility for managing finance teams, M&A integrations, forecasting and budgeting, and Board reporting. Stephen began his career in financial services.

Stephen received a BS in Industrial Engineering form Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
