Landon McDermott serves as an analyst within the Industrial team at Leon Capital Group. His responsibilities include underwriting and due diligence of prospective acquisitions and developments, as well as providing support throughout the acquisition, financing, and disposition processes. Landon has prior internship experience in commercial real estate at The Hanover Company and I-MAC Commercial, LLC. Landon graduated from Dartmouth College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology while playing football for the Big Green, contributing to two Ivy League Championships.
