Consistently interface with vendors and subcontractors to reinforce accountability and quality of material applications. Successfully turn projects over ahead of schedule bringing increased profit to the bottom line while maintaining OSHA compliance along with an outstanding safety record. He is skilled in site development, infrastructure, constructability and layout. Successful in creating effective communication between personnel, contractors and the management team. Proactive at finding cost – effective solutions to the various challenges that arise during residential and commercial construction.

Throughout Hayden’s career he has built projects ranging from multifamily gardens, to multifamily wraps, along with parking garages.
