David Elgin serves as senior superintendent of the Multifamily division at Leon Capital Group. David’s leadership skills consist of controlling the schedule, review of contract documents, subcontractor and vendor accountability, OSHA compliance, and maintaining quality standards. He is skilled in site development, infrastructure, constructibility and layout. Given David’s experience he is effective at finding solutions to the various challenges that arise during residential and commercial construction.

Throughout David’s career he has built a wide range of projects in multifamily, hotels, and hospitals, along with parking garages and commercial office spaces. David started his construction career in Oklahoma in the mid 80’s, the first position was a construction labor position, from there he put himself through a construction apprenticeship program with ABC of Oklahoma. He worked on the carpentry side of the projects, worked his way to becoming a foreman, assistant superintendent, to the position he holds today lead senior superintendent.
