Chris Grider joined Leon Capital Group in 2021 and serves as Vice President for the Multifamily division. Chris is responsible for sourcing and executing ground-up developments in various markets across the southern U.S. and has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, construction management and design. Prior to joining Leon Capital Group, Chris founded a consumer-focused lighting start-up called HEADSPIN Outdoors, which he led through all phases of growth. Prior to founding HEADSPIN, Chris served in various roles across the multifamily, healthcare and senior living real estate development sectors for both Caddis Healthcare Real Estate and the Hanover Company.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Texas A&M University and his MBA at Southern Methodist University.
