Arthur Payne joined Leon Multifamily in 2022 as the senior superintendent to help oversee jobs in the central region for quality control, maintain construction schedules, site safety, and to help superintendents and their staff with any issues that may arise.  Arthur has 29 years of construction experience with over 14,000+ units and a half billion dollars in work. Arthur has over seen the building of high density, podium and garden style jobs over the years in Texas and Colorado. Arthur has also worked in the commercial side for several years at multiple universities retrofitting occupied buildings to meet all fire, life, safety and ADA requirements mandated by the state or federal government. Arthur also has a 30hour OSHA certification.
